When you request a demo we collect the name, company, email, phone and county you provide. When you use the Service we store the permit and property data you enter (addresses, parcels, home specs, documents) to deliver the product. We also collect basic technical data (such as log and device information) to operate and secure the Service.

How we use it

We use your information to provide the Service, respond to demo requests, generate and validate permit packets, support your account, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting and database providers) under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law. County and government portals receive only the data you choose to submit to them.

Retention and security

We keep your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Compliance evidence (such as field photos) may be retained for a defined period to support inspections and disputes. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data.
